Our
General Policies
Prices at the inn are per night for single or double occupancy,
and do not include the 9% New Hampshire lodging tax.
There is a $30 charge for a third person 10 or older in a room
at the inn.
Special group rates are available for booking all five rooms
at the inn, except during peak periods. Weekly rates also are
available for cottages.
A two- and/or three-night minimum is required during Motorcycle
Week and NASCAR peak weekends. Full payment is required in advance
for those peak periods.
A one-night deposit is required for the cottages for one-night
stays during non-peak periods. A two-night deposit is required
for stays of two nights or longer.
We accept cash/check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and
Discovery cards, and Travelers’ checks.
Check in time is 3 p.m. for the inn and cottages. Please let
us know if you will be later than 9 p.m. so we can make arrangements
for late arrival. Check out time is 11 a.m. at the inn, 10 a.m.
at the cottages.
There is no smoking in the inn or in the cottages.
Pets are not permitted at the inn or in the cottages.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
Children 10 and older are welcome at the inn. Please check
for exceptions. There are no restrictions for the cottages.
We have limited extra parking at the inn and cottages. Please
call ahead to make arrangements for anything besides your car
or motorcycle.
Gift certificates are available.
Our Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for the inn and cottages are subject to a $25
handling fee if made more than 21 days prior to the date of
your stay. Cancellations must be made by telephone.
Inn:
Cancellations at the inn during non-peak period made less than
the 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date are subject to the
loss of one-night’s stay unless we can rebook the room. Cancellations
made less than two weeks in advance of your stay are subject
to the loss of the full cost of your stay unless we can rebook
the room.
Cancellations made within three weeks of scheduled arrival
date during peak Motorcycle Week and NASCAR weekends are subject
to the loss of the cost of your entire stay unless we can rebook
the room.
Cottages:
Cancellations made within 21 days of the scheduled arrival
date are subject to the loss of one night’s deposit unless we
can rebook the cottage. Cancellations made within one week of
scheduled arrival date are subject to the loss of the cost of
your entire stay unless we can rebook the cottage.
Cancellations made within three weeks of scheduled arrival
date during Motorcycle Week and NASCAR weekends are subject
to the loss of the cost of your entire stay unless we can rebook
the cottage.
